I've used BYM for a couple of years now. They offer not only a high quality, very good-value, hassle free service, but also BYM are the most professional marine services company I have come across. I'm never left in any doubt about what the status is with a repair or procedure. And there are never any nasty surprises with the bill - if something is going to cost I get a call to discuss how much and the options. But the most impressive feature is their proactive approach - some things will be fixed or replaced sometimes before I know there's a problem. I cannot recommend BYM enough for hassle free boating and won't use anyone else
