    Anti Foul

Because it is necessary to “key” the surface to provide the best bond for new anti-foul, this is the most popular option. It is certainly a better approach for newer or faster boats whether power or sail. First we sand the whole area to create the “key” before a thorough clean down. We can then apply one or two coats, with rollers, depending on your requirements. For an ultra smooth surface we can either wet sand the hull after applying the paint or spray.

    Anode Replacement

Anodes are a vital part of any winter maintenance scheme. These are the sacrificial pieces of metal which save your engine from terminal damage through electrolysis. A perfect opportunity to replace them is during the anti-fouling process. Make sure your engine is safe next season and have the anodes replaced.

Testimonials

  • “ We regularly race a 40.7 and tried several ways of managing her so she was ready to race when we wanted her. Until we appointed BYM it was very hit and miss and definitely cost us races. Now William’s in charge we can’t blame the boat, he’s a racing skipper himself, understands what we need and has never once let us down.”
